We use Square POS with a digital KDS system in both front of house and back of house. Our team works together to provide exceptional service and a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. We rely on our evening servers to promote this experience, communicate effectively with other team members, continually gain knowledge about the menu, how it is created, and how to help our guests discover the meals and beverages that will make their visit pleasant and fulfilling.
Our Evening Servers are required to prepare the dining room for table serving, guide our guests through the evening, then close the dining room and barista station at the end of the evening. They are required to know how to create all of the coffee bar drinks, mock-tails, and alcoholic beverages, run the register, answer phones and take the occasional drive-thru customer.
Evening Servers can expect to earn an average minimum of $17 an hour with their paycheck tips. This will vary depending on the level of service provided.
